Cancellation Policy

2. Lesson Scheduling • Lessons are arranged by mutual agreement and subject to availability. • A lesson is only confirmed once payment has been received or a prior cash arrangement has been agreed. • Regular weekly or bi-weekly time slots may be offered but are not guaranteed without advance payment or agreed cash commitment. • Danny K may reschedule lessons with notice due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Lesson Fees and Payment Standard Rates: • £22 for a 30-minute lesson • £44 for a 1-hour lesson Batch Packages: • 5 x 30-minute lessons = £90 • 5 x 1-hour lessons = £180 • Multiples of 5 may be purchased (e.g. 10 x 30-min = £180; 10 x 1-hour = £360) Payment Terms: • Lessons must be paid for either: o By bank transfer in advance, or o In cash at the following lesson, if agreed by the Instructor in advance. • No unpaid lessons will be booked. • If cash payment is missed at the next lesson, no further lessons will be booked until payment is received. 4. Batch Lesson Policy • Batch lessons offer discounted rates and must be paid in full upfront. • There is no expiration period for using batch lessons. • Refunds are not available for unused batch lessons unless cancelled by Danny K. • Missed or cancelled lessons (see below) will be deducted from the batch total. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed lessons will be charged in full. • If Danny K cancels a lesson, a reschedule will be offered or a refund issued if applicable. 6. Lateness Policy • If the Student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. • If Danny K is late, the time will be made up or rescheduled by agreement. 7. Student Responsibilities • The Student must arrive on time, be prepared, and have any necessary materials (e.g. sheet music, water, recording device). • Regular practice between lessons is essential for progress. 8. Health and Safety • If the Student is unwell (especially with contagious illness), they should not attend in person. An online lesson may be offered instead. • Danny K reserves the right to refuse an in-person lesson if the Student appears unwell or unfit to sing. 9. Online Lessons (if applicable) • Online sessions are available via WhatsApp. • The Student is responsible for having a quiet space, stable internet, and working equipment. • The same cancellation, payment, and lateness policies applies.
